Fluid Control Valves
Our KIP fluid control valve line is the engineer’s choice for critical applications, from the complexity of medical diagnostic equipment to the harshest environmental conditions. The valves endure a life span of millions of cycles before needing retrofitting or replacement. Standard models include a Quick-Connect plastic body, 2-way Plastic media isolation, 2-way Stainless Steel diaphragm, 2-way Brass piston, 2-way Brass diaphragm, and 2-way bronze angle seat valve.
Process Control Valves
Whether it is an automated ball or butterfly valve or it’s complementary pilot valve, we have the product for your process control application. UCI is an industry leader in pneumatically actuated ball valves in various configurations including 2-way, 3-way, universal valve in Brass, Stainless-steel, and carbon steel. Herion, with its NAMUR pilot valves, is the only valve with proven reliability, versatility, and global approval.
Control and Sensing
Watson-Smith and Herion team up to provide world-class, industry leading products for the pressure control and sensing market. Watson-Smith offers solenoid and programmable proportional pressure as well as flow control valves and electronic pressure regulators and E/P and I/P converters in different designs. Herion has pressure switches for pneumatic and hydraulic applications that come in piston or diaphragm type, discrete outputs, analog output monitoring, digital adjustment, mechanical adjustment with wide pressure ranges from vacuum to high pressure hydraulic.
Liquid Level Sensors
Yamatake has a wide variety of options for liquid detection. There are pipe-mounted fiber-optic cable liquid-level sensors and pipe-mounted liquid-level sensors with self-contained amplifier. There are also liquid leak detectors and tank-level fiber-optic cables. We also stock the 0107-024 35 Series stainless steel 1/8” top mount level switch and the 1873-024 LS 11 Plastic 1/8” Side Mount Level Switch. KIP liquid level sensors provide design flexibility including:
- Interface detection - Being able to discern between dissimilar liquids.
